Research in this study conducted surveys in four areas, from the North and South of Tunisia, in an attempt to characterize rural families according to their method of production and the different kinds of natural assets exploitation in which they are engaged.
The resulting profiles of rural families are designed to aid in policy-making with regard to various factors, such as mobility and fertility.
